A. Architectural Designs

With a wide range of experiences in the field of Architectural Sesign, we can undertake and process relevant studies successfully fulfilling our customers' expectations.

 

We consider the assignments that are trusted to us as a serious business. We respect our client’s opinions and views and we study each case separately according to the requirements and needs of the program.

 

For any individual case, we visit the competent authorities respectively (Town Planning Dept, Municipalities or District Offices) to collect the necessary information concerning the area under study.

 

We propose and suggest solutions within the contemporary architecture expression context, respecting the tradition and applying principles of bioclimatic architecture, on the scale and climate of the surrounding environment.

 

We work on computers with the most up-to-date software. We always use Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. Within the contemporary BIM process, we have the ability to present our work as being built in the virtual space of the computer.

 

Building Information Modeling is an innovative approach to project Design, Planning, Construction and Management, characterized by the constant availability of building / project information, which are extremely accurate, consistent and reliable.

 

BIM allows the project team to visualize, simulate, and analyze a project before starting its construction using a three-dimensional model in which all the physical and functional features of an installation are represented.

Β. BIM (Building Information Modelling

 

Definition: A digital representation of the physical and functional features of a project or installation. A BIM project is a common knowledge base for installation information. It is thus a reliable basis for decision-making during the project's life cycle. It defines the existing work from initial conception to demolition.

 

This is a new approach to project design and production methodology, open to all stakeholders Financiers, Designers, Engineers, Builders, Suppliers to Project Managers. Everyone has access to the information produced by all involved in a project.

 

Our experience in related software is dated back in 2000. Since 2005 we have fully implemented BIM technology in our daily architectural design practice. In addition, as trainers, we have included in our educational practice training programs for the Engineers in these new technologies.

 

We have the experience and the ability to develop training programs for engineering teams in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering, as well as Q.S. and Interior Designers. The above may also include technical staff of the respective organizations.

 

We can develop programs subsidize by the HRDA for beneficiaries, or programs in groups that can not be subsidized.

 

In addition, we can offer outsourcing BIM services to those who cannot or do not have the knowledge of this technology.
