Chr. Minas Architects-Consultants L.L.C. was created in 2018 to meet the latest needs in the evolution of our business needs. The company has two main activities:

A. Architectural Studies with a wide range of experience.

Christos Minas is Diploma Engineer Architect, member of the Cyprus Architects' Association and member of the Scientific Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK). He has over thirty years of experience as Consultant Designer Architect, in Cyprus and abroad.

 

He has worked and offered his services as an Architectural Studio as a company (Chr. Minas Services Ltd) and as a team member in organizations in Cyprus and abroad.

 

During his career, to date, he has dealt with studies of projects such as: Detached Houses, Blocks of Flats, Residential Complexes, Student Halls, Hotels, Medical Centers, Offices, Mixed Uses, Entertainment Centers, Restaurants, Stores, Industrial Buildings, Renovations of Old and new buildings, architectural competitions, etc.

B. Building Information Modeling (BIM) - Experience since 2000 in the use of relevant software and training of engineers in the new field of Project Development.

 

Christos Minas has started early in his career and got involved in the use of computers in designing projects. Since 1989 he got involved in the training of engineers, students and other professionals in the relevant Design Software.

 

He has collaborated in the past and he continues to present day as trainer in organizations and educational institutes. He has also trained hundreds of engineers and students in programs sponsored by the HRDA or private (individuals and teams).

 

Since 2000, he has shown interest and started to study issues related to the new production technology known internationally as BIM (Building Information Modeling) and has written on the topic and got involved in the organization of relevant seminar. Since 2005, he has been a software instructor for one of the most widely used BIM process / technology tools.

 

From April 2014 until November 2016 he served as trainer for the application of BIM technology to a major international company in the Gulf.

Since March 2017 he is a Certified Instructor by the HRDA(Certification No.: E001704).
